Returns

Because our products are made custom for you the moment you order it, we don't have the ability to accept any returns at the moment.Once an order is placed and has been sent to production at our vendor facility we are not in a position to cancel the order as well. Also, since we are a brand new store, we don't stock items that have already been in someone else's possession.Therefore any items sent back to us cannot be accepted.Please note for few products we have customized our sizes to offer a true to size fit as per many trials done by the Pygment team and neck labels from vendor have been mapped to our sizes for example a neck label of M have been mapped to size XS for women tees.As we grow and become more sustainable these policies will be revisited.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We are able to offer full refunds or request replacements from our manufacturing partners, free of charge if an item arrives damaged or the incorrect item is shipped . In either instance, we do require a photograph of the item with any relevant tags visible sent to us within 14 days of item arrival.

Exchanges

As mentioned above, we can't accept returns and thus we don't offer exchanges. However, if you are dissatisfied with a particular fit or made a mistake in ordering, please reach out to us as we still may be able to find a way to offer a solution.We understand you are trying out our brand for the first time and would love to keep you happy. So, please make sure you refer to that and if you have any questions reach out at hello@pygment.shop and be sure to include your order number and reason for exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received the image of a damaged or incorrect product, and let you know if the refund was approved by our manufacturing partner or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
