What is my size?

Due to the nature of our fulfillment we want to make sure you order the right size and we have tried to provide all the information required in our size guide section. We have customized our sizes based on many trials since we want to approximate true to size fit for our customers and not go by the vendor sizing which can be off. So, as long as you go by the size provided on the product page and size guide measurements we feel it would be a good estimation.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Please allow a min of 5 days from the time you place an order until the time it is shipped.There can be instances where you can receive the order past this timeframe for reasons like:
  • Issues with print/embroidery files
  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions
  • Vendor Production Timeframes for few product categories

That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation and we hope you will never be where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its expected delivery time get in touch with us at hello@pygment.shop with your order number.We’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

What about international duties and taxes?

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Any customs or import duties are charged at the time of import at the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.

How do you handle bulk or corporate orders?

Currently we limit quantity to 10 for any given product but please reach out to sales@pygment.shop for further inquiries and we will be happy to help and take up your order if feasible.

Does Pygment ship international?

At the moment we mainly ship to the USA and Canada but we are working on adding more countries so please check back in a few weeks.
